Upon successful completion of the curriculum requirements, students will gain the supervisory concepts and skills necessary to be an effective supervisor.

• Principles of Banking
• Communication Skills (min 1 credit)
• Customer Service
• Supervision
• Leadership Skills  (min 1/2 credit)
• Human Relations

Plus any two of the following:

• Ethics (minimum 1/4 credit)
• Interviewing and Hiring Techniques  (min. 1/4 credit)
• Human Resource Management
• Managing Change  (min 1/4 credit)
• Managing Performance & Productivity  (minimum 1 credit)
• Management
• Motivating Your Staff  (min 1/4 credit)

FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA
